Thanks to the hard work and dedication of our CAO Elizabeth Splain, NewLogic Software is proud to announce our SOC 2 Type II compliance for Molti!

Our latest SOC 2 report covers the period from 5/1/2017- 4/30/2018. This independent third-party review examines practices concerning the following trust principles:

  • Security

  • Availability

  • Confidentiality

  • Privacy

The certification demonstrates our commitment to upholding the highest degree of privacy and security industry standards for our platform and customers.

What is SOC 2 Type II certification?

The SOC 2 audit report was developed by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) to provide standards of review for security compliance for software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies. The SOC 2 Type I examination requires companies to create and implement strict information security policies and procedures. This year’s Type II report examines not only the strength of our policies, but also our adherence over the audit period. Achieving these rigorous levels of standards provides our customers with the confidence and assurances needed to adopt our revolutionary business process management software.

“Achieving SOC compliance isn’t an easy process but it’s an important one. Keeping user content safe and secure is a top priority for us and this report is proof. Not all companies in our space have undergone this type of examination, so it’s really gratifying to know we can provide customers with such a high level of confidence in our service,” said Elizabeth Splain, CAO of NewLogic Software who managed the examination process.
