How do I use Report Filters?

Automate the delivery of reports with the Scheduler in Report Filters.

Report Filters give you the flexibility to customize report information, display, and delivery. When you create filters, you are creating them for your entire workgroup so users with access to reports will be able to view and interact with them based on their roles & permissions.

How to add a Report Filter:

1. Go to a report and click on the link under the Filters column.

2. Click +Add Filter in the upper right-hand corner.

3. Customize your filter and save.

Report Data
This section allows you to format the look of the data on your report.

Projects Data
This section allows you to select the projects that will populate in your report.

Scheduler allows you to automate the delivery of your reports to your teams.

  1. Select the starting date to deliver your report.

  2. Select the frequency (will be based off the starting date).

  3. Add the emails of the people you want to receive the report.

🗒Scheduler Notes:

  1. Reports are delivered around 3:00am PT so please consider this when selecting your starting date.

  2. The report can be downloaded for up to 24 hours from the delivery of it.
