When you're working with a team in molti, its possible that you'll want John to have different permissions than Jen.  If you're a administrator in molti, you can control these access levels.

Molti has 4 built in roles:

Read:
Grants read access to dashboard, projects, sites, files, tasks, etc.

Read/Write:
Grants read and write access to dashboard, projects, sites, files, tasks, etc.  These users can assign existing users to projects.

Full:
Grants all read/write permissions, as well as, ability to invite new users to projects (pending admin approval), create project summaries, and use the 'Builder' features (workflow builder, task builder, files builder, and the ability to build templates for forms and reports).

Admin:
Grants all full permissions, as well as, access to the 'Administrative' features, and ability to assign and invite new users.

But sometimes these permission sets just aren't enough!  Maybe you want to be very specific about what you grant access to.  That's where 'Custom Roles' come in!

Build your own custom roles

If you're an admin user you can build your own custom roles in the setup menu.

  1. Go to the Setup Menu  in your left side menu.

  2. Locate the Roles section and Proceed .

  3. Select the + Add  button in the top right corner.

  4. Give your role a name.

  5. Use the check boxes to select the specific access rights that you wish to give to users with this roles.

  6. To finish, select Create .  The new role will now appear as an available option on the Users page in the Setup Menu.
