How to use the "Created" Date filter in Reports

Use the Date Range filters in reports to only query projects within a specific date range.

When you use our Forms & Reports features in molti, you can run reports to pull all sorts of project, task, or form data.  But sometimes, you want to limit the data that is pulled into a report.  That's why we've added "Date Filters" to the Run Report page!

Using the "Created" Date filter, you an let the system know that you only want to pull  information for projects created within a certain date range. If for example you only want to see information for projects created in the past month, just set the date filter and you're good to go!

To set the "Created" Date filter:

  1. Open "Reports" in your left-side navigation menu.

  2. Select the report that you want to run.

  3. On the "Run Report" window find the "Created" line.

  4. You can select to pull information for projects from "All Time" or simply select the "Edit" pencil icons and specify the date range you want to query.

  5. Then "Run" your report and it will return results for projects you created within that date range.

There you go! Easy peasy!
