How to use molti for training and education example.

TL;DR - Use molti to manage your employee onboarding process.  Manage employees as projects as they move through the onboarding workflow.  Use sites to share training materials and quizzes to test understanding. Track notes, docs, files, statuses in one place so that information is stored in context of what's going on.

You've had a look around, but you're not quite sure how 'you' would use molti.  Molti is completely flexible and fully customizable.  The possibilities are really endless, so lets give you a few ideas to get started.

Employee Onboarding & Training Process

GOAL:  Track new employees as they go through your company onbaording process.  Share training materials via a site for easy access and create quizzes to test employee knowledge.  

Jill needs to track new employees as they go through the company onboarding process.  She also wants to maintain a training site where employees can access information whenever they need it.  Then she needs to test them on the material, but she doesn't like switching between systems.  That's where molti comes in!

Projects

Jill wants to track each new employee as they go through the company onboarding process.  She also wants to track basic employee information.  So she's tracking each employee as a project.

Workflows

Jill wants a workflow where she can track each employee as they move through the onboarding process.  She wants to easily see what status of the process they're in.  She created a 'New Employee' workflow.

Sites

Jill has a lot of training materials she wants to share with the team.  But she doesn't want employees to have access to her internal files.  So she created a custom site that she's using as her company training portal!  This lets her update documentation easily on the fly!

Quizzes

Now that Jill's made her training materials easily accessible to the team, she wants to test their understanding.  She's used an LMS in the past, but she never felt like it was worth it.  It was just another vendor she had to track and review.  She would prefer to just have all her information in one place.  That's why she uses molti's quiz app.

She can test employees on the information she thinks is most relevant and make changes in a snap!  Plus there's built in reporting to highlight where there may be weaknesses.
