TL;DR - Use molti to manage your assignments as projects, with applied workflows, custom forms and a secure site to solicit documentation. Track notes, docs, files, statuses in one place so that information is stored in context and transparent for the team.

You've had a look around, but you're not quite sure how 'you' would use molti.  Molti is completely flexible and fully customizable.  The possibilities are really endless, so lets give you a few ideas to get started.

Audit Tracking and Document Upload Site

GOAL: Track audit assignments as projects through the entire project life cycle, build forms to track controls and objectives and create a 'site' where parties can securely upload documentation.

Joe runs the audit department at his company.  They perform audits for internal and external clients covering a number of different objectives.  Joe wants to keep his team organized, but he also wants to smooth his process so internal and external clients are treated the same.  He wants a clear way for his team to receive documentation and get to work.

Projects

For Joe and his team, they like to organize their projects by audit.  This way all forms, files, tasks, notes... are accessible by the team in one location.  They've created a custom workflow to apply to all projects to walk the team (and the client) through the process.

Custom Sites

Remember how Joe wanted a secure and seamless method to collect documentation from all their clients?  They created a molti site that lets them collect any requested documentation.  This way clients with no access to the Audit team's molti workgroup can upload documents via the site and they will be stored in the connected projects.  This keeps everything more organized than sending documentation via email.  Plus, Joe can reassure that all data is secure and encrypted to put the clients at ease.

Forms

Not only can Joe use molti to organize his team's audits... he can use molti to complete them. 😲

Custom Forms let Joe keep all the engagements organized and efficient.  Whether the team is performing an audit of security standards, accounting practices, organizational controls... Joe can create the applicable audit form and the team can be guided through the process.

Forget spreadsheets.  Using molti forms lets the team enter data directly into a form capture database, so reporting is a snap.  Plus, now all documentation is stored in context of the project.  Efficiency and transparency have met their match.
