You can set your preferred time zone in your Profile. Once you make this update, task notes and project notes will reflect the time zone you select.
To select a time zone:
Select the 'Setup Menu' from the left side navigation menu.
Navigate to your 'Profile'.
Select your time zone and hit 'Save'.
