Molti makes it easy to stay organized.  Instead of emailing documents back and forth, upload them to molti so the most up-to-date version is available to the team.

Maybe you just want to use molti to store and share your files but they don't quite fit in a 'project'.  Store them at your workgroup level instead so you can access what you need when you need, your personal digital filing cabinet!

If you want to upload a file to a project check out this article.

To upload a file to a workgroup:

  1. Navigate to the 'Files' section in the left-side navigation menu.  Hint: It's the 📁 icon.

  2. Select the + Add file to create a cabinet to store your files.

  3. Name your cabinet, and click Create Cabinet .

  4. Select Add or Drag Files Here  to browse to the file you want to upload.  Or if you're using Chrome, simply drag and drop the file to that space.

  5. The file will upload and you're done!

Now your files are securely stored in the could and available for download!

🚀 Pro tip: You can go the extra mile and organize your files even further by using the +Folder option.  This allows you to create custom folders and store your files in any way you want.
