Why can't I see my projects?

If projects seem to be 'missing', confirm your workgroup.

Having déjà vu? Can't seem to find projects you know you or a teammate created?

First off, confirm you are in the correct workgroup.

To confirm the workgroup you're in:

  1. Open the drop-down in the top right corner of your page.

  2. Select the workgroup where your project is located.

🚀 Pro tip: When you first login you start in your personal context.  This is the usual cause of 'missing' projects.


Can't seem to find project's someone else in your team created?  Confirm your workgroup as outlined above.  Then confirm you are using the All Projects Filter .

  1. Navigate to the workgroup using the drop-down menu in the top right had corner.

  2. Go to the Projects page using the left side navigation menu.

  3. Confirm the All projects filter is high-lighted.
