You're a surveyor extraordinaire! Check out some of the more advanced settings below to continue customizing your survey.

⚙️General

Time

  • Time to Complete Survey - Time limit you can enforce for the survey.  '0' (meaning no limit) to 240 minutes (4 hours).

Order

  • Order of Questions - Define if you want your questions and/or answers shuffled.

  • Number of Questions - Select the number or percentage of questions you want to appear in your survey.

  • Number of Attempts per user - Limit the number of user attempts. '0' (meaning no limit) to 40 attempts.

Presentation

  • Questions per page - Select one question to appear per page, or all.

  • Allow navigation - Enable or disable navigating between pages in your survey.  If you selected 'One question per page' you may not want people to be able to navigate and change their responses.

  • Survey header - This is an optional message you can add to the top of each page of the survey.

  • Survey end message -  This is an optional message you can display to users that complete your survey.

🔒 Security

Survey Security - Control how your quiz is shared.

  • Public on the web - Public to anyone with either share URL.

  • Private access with a link - Limited to users with the 'URL to share quiz' link.

  • Private access with link & survey password - Limited to users with the 'URL to share quiz' link and the survey password.

  • Private access for molti scope users - Limited to molti users with proper access.

Tracking

Select the attributes you want to be collected at the start of each survey.

🔔 Notifications

Enable any of the notification options:

  • Send me an email when someone fills out my survey

  • Send email to survey-taker when they complete this survey

  • Send email for every attempt on this survey

⚡ Advanced

  • Survey Availability - Chose if you want the survey to always be available, or only for a certain date range.
