Companies, workgroups... you might be scratching your head but lets break it down for you!

Personal Workgroups

All users, regardless of free or paid account, have their own personal workgroups.  This is your space to use molti to the fullest!  Invite people to collaborate with you, or don't!

You can create projects, tasks, workflows... and know that your data is only accessible to the people you invite into your personal workgroup.

This will be the first workgroup in your drop-down menu and will display your username.

Companies

Want to stay organized with multiple workgroups?  Just contact us and we'll create a free 'Company' for you!  This lets you work with more teams in more workgroups so you can stay organized and do more!

Company's have additional administrative access abilities.  This is different than a workgroup, since activity and your users contributions (projects, tasks, notes...) don't happen at the company level.

A Company acts as an organizational unit.  The company page has the user list, billing information, administrative settings...etc.  Companies organize the 'Workgroups' below them.  Workgroups are where the collaboration happens.

This setup would appear in your context drop-down menu like this:

Hopefully that puts you on the path to success!  😎
