How to use the administration section

Administration settings you can enable in your workgroup setup menu.

The Administration section of the Setup Menu gives workgroup admins additional controls over their workgroup.  Note that these are advanced security settings that are only available to workgroup admins.

Invitation Approvals Settings

These settings determine whether or not the workgroup administrator will need to approve certain actions or shares. 

To activate or deactivate each option simply toggle the setting.

Here's some information on the each setting:

File or folder approval:
Controls if sharing files or folders via an invitation requires approval from workgroup admin.

Link approval:
Controls if sharing files or folders via a link requires approval from workgroup admin.

Site login approval:
Controls if an invitation to a molti site requires approval from workgroup admin.

Company or project approval:
Controls if an invitation to a company, workgroup, or project requires approval from admin.  This is enabled by default.
