How to add a teammate to a workgroup

Assign or add users and team members to workgroups.

ā— But don't forget - all workgroup invitations must be requested or approved by a company level administrator. Ā You must be, at minimum, a workgroup admin to make the invitation request.

To add a teammate to a workgroup:

  1. Confirm you are in the workgroup you want to invite teammates to.

  2. Open the Setup Menu Ā from the left side menu.

  3. Locate Users and select Proceed .

  4. Select + Invite User and a pop-up window will open.

  5. To invite a user to the workgroup (this will give them access to all projects, forms, uploads, etc... stored in the workgroup) confirm Company Rights Ā is highlighted. Ā Then enter their email address, select the Role you want them to have and select Invite .

  6. If you are a workgroup admin, the invitation will go to the company admin for approval. Ā If you ware a company admin, the invitation will be automatically approved.
