A key to explain commonly seen icons in molti.

If you've read our webpage you'll know that one of the things we strive for is efficiency!

We want you to be able to quickly learn the key concepts in molti and jump right in! That's why you'll see a lot of icons repeated throughout the platform.  This is a quick guide to these common icons.

Icon Key:

Accept

  • Blue checkmark used to confirm/accept changes or edits

Add

  • Blue or gray addition sign used to add or create new items.

Attach

  • Blue paperclip icon used to attach files to notes or tasks.

Copy

  • Blue overlapping sheets of paper used to copy or clone items.

Delete 

  • Red or gray  X in a circle icon used to delete or remove objects.

Download

  • Blue cloud with down arrow used to trigger download of file.

Edit

  • Blue or gray pencil icon or blue pencil in paper icon used to edit existing notes, names, titles ... etc.

Move

  • Blue arrows pointing in opposite directions used to move files, projects, etc... between locations.

Preview

  • Blue eye icon used to 'preview' selection.

Reject

  • Red x icon used to reject/refuse changes or edits.

Reply

  • Blue return arrow used to reply/respond to project notes.

Results

  • Blue graph used to display quiz or survey results.

Share

  • Blue arrow moving out of square used to share files or items.

Settings

  • Gray gear icon  or blue gear icon used to open additional settings or options

Version

  • Blue v.# icon used to show how many versions of a file exist.
