You've created your site and you've decided that you want Dave to have access to different folders than Emily does.  You want to control who sees what, and how they interact with your folders or projects.

... You want to use the Molti User  site security setting.

To setup Molti User  site security:

  1. Select the Sites  tab in the left-side Navigation Menu.

  2. Select the site you want to edit.

  3. Update Security  to Molti User .  A new link for Manage logins  will appear.

  4. Select Manage logins .

  5. Invite a user to your site by entering their email address and selecting Add .  If a user has a molti account, they will receive the invitation and be granted access to the site.  If a user does not have a molti account, they will be sent an invite to create one.

  6. Assign projects or folders to the specific user.

Remember if you assign a project to a user, they will only have access to the files in the Public  folder of that  Project.  If you assign a folder to a user, they will have access to everything in that folder.

   7.  If you want to allow users to upload to a folder, toggle the cloud icon .  When             uploads are enabled the cloud will turn blue.

In this example, I've invited Dave and Emily to view my Real Estate site.  But, I want Dave and Emily to see different listings.  So I invited each user separately and assigned them different projects.

Dave can only see '32 Blue Jays Lane'.

And Emily can only see '6 Cardinal Dr'.

This lets me customize their experience and control what they have access to.

Oh, the possibilities! 😃😃😃
