The goal of a site is to share folders, documents, images, or files with users outside of molti. Once you've created your site, you'll need to decide what to share on your site.

There are two ways to share on a site, by assigning projects, or assigning folders.
To assign a project to a site:
Go to the
Sitestab and select the site you want to edit.On the
Edit Sitepage, locate theAssigned tabson the left side of the page.Select the
Assigned Projectstab.Select the project(s) you want to share from the drop down menu.
If you want site users to be able to upload to that project, toggle the
Cloud iconto enable upload. The icon will turn blue once enabled.
It's important to know, when you assign a project to a site you are allowing users to see the contents of the project's Public folder. This prevents you from accidentally sharing all files uploaded to a project.
When you enable uploads to a project, all uploaded documents will be sent to the project's Public folder. The Public folder is a default folder automatically created for every project. All users assigned to a project will be notified when a file is uploaded.
To assign a folder to a site:
Go to the
Sitestab and select the site you want to edit.On the
Edit Sitepage, locate theAssigned tabson the left side of the page.Select the
Assigned Folderstab.Select the folder(s) you want to share from the expandable menu.
Select the
+ Addbutton.If you want site users to be able to upload to that project, toggle the Cloud icon to enable upload. The icon will turn blue once enabled.
If you want certain workgroup users to be notified when a file is uploaded, select the
Envelope iconand select their name from the drop down menu. SelectAddto confirm. Users assigned to a project will also be notified when a file is uploaded.
When you assign a folder to a site, all the contents of that folder are viewable by site users. All uploaded documents will go directly to the assigned folder.
