Say you have monthly meetings with the team where people are always responsible for providing the same documents or forms to keep everything seamless. With the file builder, you can build out your structure and easily recreate the folders wherever you need!
To build a file structure:
Navigate to the
Files Builder
in the left-side navigation menu.Select
+ Add
in the top right of the page.Name your File Template and click
Create Type
.To create sub-folders, select
+ Add
.Name your sub-folder and click
Create Folder
.Repeat this process as many times as you want.
To attach a file structure to a project:
Go to the project you want to work on.
Click on the
Files
tab.Select
+ Add
at the top of the page.Enter a name for the parent folder. For example, 'September Team Meeting'.
Select your structure from the
File Type
drop-down menu.Click
Create Folder
.
And voila! ✨ You've added a robust file structure in seconds.
