How to add a form

Attach forms to projects to collect and store data.

Once you've created a form using the Form Builder, you can add it to any project in the same workgroup.

To add a form:

  1. Navigate to the project you want to work on.

  2. Find the Forms  section on the left side of the project.

  3. Select + Add .

  4. From the drop-down menu, choose a specific form or a group of forms to add to the project.

  5. Click Add Form or Add Group .

That's it!  Now that the form is attached, just click into the form by selecting its name and get going!

🚀 Pro tip: Data in molti is separated by workgroups.  If you can't find the form you're looking for, be sure to check your workgroup and confirm you're in the right place.
